- Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid a cancellation fee.
Pick-Up and Delivery
- Scheduling: Pick-up and delivery times will be agreed upon during order placement. While we strive to accommodate your schedule, times may vary based on availability. - Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your laundry is ready for pick-up at the designated time. OC Mobile Laundry is not responsible for any items left outside or unprotected during pick-up.
Limitation of Liability
You understand that there are inherent risks associated with laundry services, including the potential for items to be lost or damaged. OC Mobile Laundry has implemented measures to prevent such occurrences but cannot guarantee that they will never happen.
In the event that clothing or other items are lost or damaged due to any fault of OC Mobile Laundry (including our employees), we will work with you to address the situation, provided that you notify us in writing of the issue within three (3) days of receiving your cleaned items.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances shall OC Mobile Laundry be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits, business interruption, loss of data, or any amount in excess of $200.
Service Quality
While OC Mobile Laundry aims to provide high-quality services, we are not responsible for damage to items that require special care or handling unless specified. Please ensure that you do not send items that are fragile, valuable, or require special treatment unless previously discussed.

Cancellation Policy
At OC Mobile Laundry, we strive to provide timely, efficient, and reliable laundry services. To
help us continue offering the best experience for all our customers, we’ve implemented a
cancellation policy that helps manage scheduling and operational efficiency.
Effective December 1st 2024 , the following cancellation fees will apply:
Standard Orders:
- Cancellation Fee: $15
- If you need to cancel your standard order, please do so at least 24 hours before your
scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled pick-up will incur
a $15 fee.
Recurring Orders:
- Cancellation Fee: $10
- For recurring orders (weekly, bi-weekly, etc.), cancellations made less than 24 hours before
your scheduled pick-up time will incur a $10 cancellation fee.
Why We’ve Implemented This Fee:
- Last-minute cancellations disrupt our schedules and routes, making it difficult to allocate
resources effectively. The cancellation fee helps us optimize our services.
- Cancellations, especially those at the last minute, can result in lost opportunities to serve other
customers. The fee helps recover some of these costs.
- This policy encourages all customers to honor their scheduled pick-up times, ensuring that we
continue to deliver high-quality, reliable service.
The cancellation policy is also available on our website for easy reference at any time.
